A successful Assistant Sales Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field.
- >5 years of experience in B2B ingredient or food commodity sales, ideally within the dairy sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable operating across local and export markets, with cultural agility and global mindset.
- Analytical, well-organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
