Job Description

Assist in production and material planning under the supervision of the planning team. Support in managing raw material inventory levels and monitoring availability of purchased items to ensure smooth production schedules. Prepare and update basic inventory reports such as stock movement, aging, and turn reports.

• Participate in monthly and ad-hoc inventory stock counts.
• Help in projecting orders to suppliers to minimize production delays and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Follow up with suppliers on outstanding purchase orders and assist in tracking material delivery status.
• Contribute to the improvement and documentation of planning SOPs and internal records.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, production, warehouse) to support smooth operations.
• Carry out any other tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Food Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
