Job summary

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee all aspects of HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires 10+ years of HR experience, including 5 years in leadership, preferably in the fashion accessories sector. The candidate should possess strong labor law knowledge and excel in communication and leadership skills. This position is based in Hong Kong with regular travel to China and other Asian countries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably fashion accessories.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and China labor laws.

Responsibilities
