Now, we’re looking for the next generation of Retail Associates to join our NIKE store team — people who live for sport, breathe fashion, and are ready to help others move with purpose.

What You’ll Do

• Be the face of NIKE Malaysia — deliver energetic, premium customer service daily
• Learn our product range inside out and recommend what fits each customer’s needs
• Boost store performance by driving sales, increasing UPT & ATV, and building customer loyalty
• Own key store operations like opening/closing, sales transactions, and floor organization
• Team up with visual and inventory teams to ensure displays are sharp and stock is spot on
• Handle stock counts, shipments, and ensure zero loss
• Represent both NIKE and GMG’s legacy of excellence with pride
• Jump into in-store events, product drops, and activations that connect with our community

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have:

• Malaysian citizenship
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or fashion/sports sales
• The ability to start immediately is a big plus
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• The ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (Mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and an eye for detail
• A team-first mindset and the physical stamina for active retail life
