Job summary

A leading fashion and beauty e-commerce platform seeks a manager to lead its Luxury & Beauty marketplace. This role involves developing category strategies, acquiring premium brands, and managing a team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in luxury retail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive commercial growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the luxury segment of a prominent e-commerce platform in Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in buying, merchandising, key account management, or supplier management in luxury fashion.
  • At least 2 years in a people-manager role.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketplace platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category strategy for Luxury & Beauty marketplace.
  • Identify and onboard luxury brands for marketplace.
  • Lead and develop a team of account managers.
