Global Marketing Content Executive (6 Months Contract)
Support the management of all paid and earned media for the Clarks brand and sub-brands. This role will support in developing and executing brand advertising campaigns, drive social media activities and public relations efforts. The position is digitally focused and highly collaborative across the organisation, working closely with all marketing functions including e-commerce, category & commercial marketing, global marketing and PR, internal and external agency and creative partners. This is a regional role that also supports our partners across UK and EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing the UK & EMEA Media, Social and PR strategies - Ensure efficient and strategic use of paid investment, prioritization of key messages and brand moments, and continued test and learn processes
- Play a key role in development of seasonal brand media, PR and paid social plans for Clarks and Clarks sub-brands including Clarks and Clarks Originals
- Manage and develop the seasonal organic social activation across UK and key EMEA markets.
- Help drive alignment across consumer communication channels, specifically media, social and PR working closely with UK & EMEA category, commercial and e-commerce performance marketing teams, in collaboration with Clarks Global Marketing
- Day-to-day communication with internal partners and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of work, specifically media, social and PR plans, recommendations, establishing clear and measurable KPI’s, evaluating the effectiveness of media, social and PR activities and reporting results accordingly.
- Assist in developing the global PR and social communications to align with regional requirements, including briefing and managing of regional PR agency, overseeing reactive and proactive statements, press releases and regionally required events.
- Assist in developing and implementing regional digital influencer and seasonal seeding programs for key styles and launches
- Help drive brand equity through pinnacle storytelling with brand media partners, digital channels and social platforms
- Responsible for the raising and tracking of POs that relate to Clarks Media, PR and Social budgets circa £10m annually.

- Leveraging of key media, influencers and product collaborations in order to drive brand buzz, elevate style perception and long-lasting equity
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment with Global PR, Global Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications team
- Media, PR and Social and budgets are maintained, and cost savings opportunities are identified and maximised
- Establishment of KPI tracking and reporting for key projects, ensuring all short term and long-term goals are being met
- Assist in analysing, tracking and regularly communicating KPI results from Consumer Communication activities to senior management, Marketing and relevant cross-functional partners
- Strong collaboration and consistent communication exist cross-functionally with Clarks Global Marketing, UK & EMEA Channel & Category Marketing, Media & Social, Product and Sales teams
- Ensure Clarks brand integrity, tone, and voice are consistent and well represented across all media, editorial and social channels
