We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Da'z Jewellery Sdn Bhd in Melaka. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their jewellery purchases.

What you’ll be doing
  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing recommendations
  • Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised retail space
  • Restocking and organising product displays
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Contributing to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the jewellery or fashion industry or any other industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a well-presented and organised retail environment
  • A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
