Job summary
A hotel in Johor is seeking a skilled Technician/Carpenter to oversee the repair and maintenance of its premises and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment. Key responsibilities include performing repairs, inspecting facilities, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. Strong carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills are essential. Flexibility in working hours is required.
Qualifications
- Experience as a technician/carpenter, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance of hotel premises and equipment.
- Inspect hotel premises and equipment regularly.
- Install and repair doors, windows, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
