The ideal candidate will ensure timely updates in the CMMS system, maintain tools and vehicles, and handle additional projects as assigned by superiors. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to escalate challenges faced while working.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance at assigned stores or tickets.
• Perform plumbing work such as fixtures replacement, fixing leaks and clogging.
• Handle electrical work like lighting replacement and new installations.
• Carry out civil work such as patching, painting, and tile repairs.
• Perform carpentry works including repair of doors and furniture.
• Schedule tasks such as water filter replacement.
• Care for spare parts and reconcile them into the system timely.
• Maintain the company vehicle and tools provided for work.
• Ensure job completion updates in the CMMS system timely.
• Escalate challenges faced at site to BMC.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.
