IMZ Sdn Bhd is the sole distributor of air-conditioning equipment for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. of Japan. We specialize in high-performance cooling solutions, and we are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Technician Assistant to support our VRF troubleshooting and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in the servicing and maintenance of VRF air-conditioning systems
  
• Support testing and commissioning works under supervision
  
• Help troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
  
• Prepare service reports for daily tasks
  
• Follow all site safety procedures and company protocols
  
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at all work locations
  
• Document service details and report to the team leader

Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent; technical/vocational certification in HVAC or a related field is an advantage
  (Freshers are welcome to apply!)
  
• Basic understanding of air-conditioning systems; prior experience with VRF systems is a plus
  (Training will be provided)
  
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments
  
• Willing to learn and follow instructions from senior technicians
  
• Willing to travel for work-related assignments
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
• Possess a valid driving license (Class D) is an advantage
  
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
  
• CIDB Green Card or other relevant certifications (e.g. DOSH, NIOSH) is a plus
