Job Scope

• Coordinating cleaning and room turnover for homestays
• Inspecting units before guest arrival to ensure everything is in working order
• Handling minor repair works (e.g. plumbing, electrical, furniture)
• Troubleshooting and responding to maintenance issues promptly
• Transporting items between units when needed
• Assisting with general operations and support duties as required

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
9:15 AM – 5:45 PM

Requirements

• Must have own transport (at least a motorcycle)
• Physically fit and hands-on
• Basic handyman or maintenance skills
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Able to communicate in basic English and/or Bahasa Malaysia

Salary & Benefits

Salary: RM2,400 – RM3,000 (based on experience and performance)
