What you'll be doing

• Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance for UPS, Rectifier, Inverter, and Battery Systems
• Support site preparation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance works
• Install and configure hardware and software; resolve basic network issues
• Handle incoming technical enquiries and provide timely support
• Maintain and update technical, procedural, and project documentation
• Support new application roll‑outs and operations improvement projects
• Manage multiple service cases efficiently and professionally

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Willing to travel outstation and work independently
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Possess own transport and flexible to work overtime when required
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
