Candidates will be assigned under Production/ Maintenance/ MES/ Injection/ Lab/ CMM/ Quality/ Test department that related to education and working experience background.

• Involve in structure analysis, rejected improvement.
• Identify and resolve technical machine, tester problem and suggest / educate this continuous improvement.
• Maintain jig and fixture condition and to carry out the all according to which instruction.
• To analysis customer return sample.

• Attend machine breakdown & troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of machines.
• Repair equipment of moulding machines such as chiller, MTC, dehumidifier, hydraulic power pack & etc.
• Conduct 5's activity at working place.
• Support improvement project activities.

• Install the required hardware such as computers to the production side.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty hardware including computers, monitors, scanners.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Attend and resolve MES (Manufacturing Execution System) related issues and problems.
• Ensure all the store hardware is kept in a good condition.

• Internal communication - ensure production information is communicated consistently & effectively throughout the whole injection dept.
• Carry out experimentation and evaluation when needed to improve product quality (through jig & fixture capabilities).
• Customer specification jointly review with Project team members especially in product testing and tool trial stage.
• Follow up with Project team for latest information jig & fixture require during sample testing or mold transfer.
• Proper planning & time scheduling on jigs & fixture verification especially on dimension purpose.

• Conduct daily chemical concentration checking to ensure all chemical used in etching production are at desired concentration.
• Conduct wastewater sampling chemical tests.
• Conduct daily monitoring of pH, conductivity and temperature for deionized (DI) water at stripping lines.
• Assist engineers in conducting experiments for further improvement on etching production and wastewater treatment plant.
• Assist in preparation of chemical reagents.

• Carry out programming for CMM / Smart scope, 1st Piece and 4 hourly.
• Prepare report and keep the report after measure and ensure all the measurement care.
• Conduct full part measurement for ISIR submission.
• Ensure measuring equipment to be maintain well.
• Report to engineer if have any problem.

• Measure raw parts & identify those parts with drawing.
• Monitor & analyze ultrasonic part daily.
• Responsible for all requirement test spec & ensure compliance with customer requirement.
• Work with engineer & make recommendation improvement participate in test run & meet all requirement.
• Update daily data.

• Maintain main line tester & reduce downtime.
• Support for line setup and model change.
• Do 5's for all tester.
• Monitoring yield and tester performance.
• Spare part limit control & feedback to engineer.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ SKM in engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic/ Polymer) or any related field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduated also welcome to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work on rolling shift pattern and in SENAI.
