SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR (PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT)

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s revenue and growth target.

Drive end-to-end planning and implementation of product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.

Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide product development and project launches.

Manage, guide, and mentor the sales, marketing, and customer engagement teams to ensure high performance and professionalism.

Strengthen brand presence, corporate identity, and customer experience across all communication and digital channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, business partners, government authorities, and media.

Provide strategic leadership to senior management on market trends, risks, and emerging business opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in property development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Experience working with major property developers is highly advantageous.

Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Proven track record in successfully driving project launches, achieving strong sales conversions, and enhancing brand visibility.
