Purpose

Responsible for supporting After Market Sales team in selling service consumables. Support Singapore customers.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting the After Market Sales team in selling service consumables.
  • Manage business partner relationships and dealers’ network, channel sales & marketing.
  • Achieve sales targets and coordinate service projects.
  • Providing pre‑sales technical assistance and product education, and after‑sales support services.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Submitting client quotations, follow‑up and administering client accounts.
  • Analyzing costs and sales and preparing reports.
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Provide technical presentations and demonstrate on product to meet client needs.
  • Manage existing customers/dealers and search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential.
  • Routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers and attend relevant trade shows.
  • Any other jobs that might be relevant to this position.
Qualifications
  • Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in laboratory sales‑service; preferably a candidate with expertise in managing dealers.
  • Able to multitask and follow through with customers by organizing well on daily jobs.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Good persuasion skills and aptitude for communication.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and hands‑on SAP will be an added advantage.
  • A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess own transport able to travel to Singapore.
