Role Overview

You’ll handle documentation, follow-ups, CRM updates, and coordination of

customer onboarding and training — ensuring that every project and partnership

runs efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow

into a sales or operations leadership position in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Director and sales team.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training.
  • Organise onboarding and training programs for customers, dealers, and strategic partners.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure client materials and presentations are up to date.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and social media professionally.
  • Support in organizing sales presentations, events, and property showcases.
  • Track project progress and follow up with clients for post-sales support.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination between internal departments.
