Job summary
A local food and beverages company in Kuala Selangor is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The role involves delivering effective customer service, managing complaints, updating orders, and liaising with the customer service manager. Candidates should have strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese, alongside a minimum of SPM or Diploma education. Experience in a similar role is a plus. The position offers a yearly bonus, medical benefits, and a 5-day work week.

- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customers and companies.
- Work with customer service manager to deliver proper service.
- Assist with complaints, orders, errors, and account questions.
- Update and key in customers’ orders.
- Identify and match caller needs to ensure standards are met.
- Act as gatekeeper for customer interactions.
- Handle cancellation of sales returns and invoices.
- Provide courteous and effective telephone assistance.
- Conduct stock takes at the end of each month.
- Follow up on customers’ requests.
