Job description

• Organize the establishment and improvement of the production operation system, formulate and implement production plans, monitor production status, and ensure the completion of production tasks.
• Based on the production operation plan, coordinate the work of all production workshops, reasonably allocate and balance the 5M1E production elements (Manpower, Machinery, Materials, Methods, and Environment), ensure the orderly progress of production activities, and fulfill production targets.
• Convene regular weekly production meetings to analyze production performance, propose solutions and measures to address problems. Formulate production plans according to project requirements, track production progress, coordinate the resolution of production abnormalities, and ensure plan fulfillment.
• Submit production material requirement plans based on production needs, dynamically track material flow, and promptly resolve material bottlenecks in production.
• Implement continuous PDCA lean production management to drive sustained improvement in production efficiency and product quality.
• Oversee equipment management, organize regular maintenance and upkeep to improve equipment availability and efficiency, and carry out work related to workshop layout planning, production equipment upgrading and transformation in accordance with company and department requirements.
• Take full responsibility for safety and environmental management within the jurisdiction, organize regular safety and environmental inspections, urge corrective improvements, and ensure the implementation of relevant measures.
• Compile production data (weekly and monthly reports), submit regular reports to the department manager and relevant coordinating departments, and complete other tasks assigned by the department.

Education Background: College diploma or above.

Training/ Major: Majors related to machinery are preferred.

Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in the performance and basic operation methods of machining equipment, and familiar with the processing technologies of general production equipment.

Work Experience: At least 10 years of production management experience in the relevant industry.

Computer Skills: Skilled in using office software and drawing software.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malaysian Language. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

Competencies & Basic Qualities: Excellent at solving on-site machining problems, and able to work in a proactive manner.
