Provide software and hardware support in the plant, assist engineers in maintaining system uptime, support end users with IT systems (Oracle, Okta, Email, CrowdStrike, etc.), and provide MES shop floor support.

• Responsible for software and hardware support in the plant.
• Assist engineers in maintaining system uptime and prompt resolution and escalation of problems and issues.
• Provide support to end users in maintaining IT developed system and corporate systems (Oracle, Okta, Email, CrowdStrike, etc.).
• Provide MES shop floor system support.

• A Diploma in Computer Studies or a computer support related field or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience for computer hardware and software support, telecommunications, email, etc.
• Work experience in an electronic manufacturing environment.

• Familiar with Microsoft MS Office and OS cloning / SCCM deployment.
• Familiar with Dell/Lenovo computers and laptop troubleshooting.
• Experience with Zebra/Intermec Barcode printer and HP LaserJet printer maintenance.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving.

• This role is 100% onsite.
• Rotating shift support (12‑hour).
