Job summary
An established architectural firm is seeking an Architectural BIM Modeller/BIM Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will facilitate BIM information exchange and coordination among teams, assist in technical setups, and maintain compliance with standards. Candidates should possess a Degree or Diploma in Architecture, with 3-5 years of BIM experience preferred. Proficiency in Revit and Autocad is essential. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of exciting architectural projects.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of working experience related to BIM.
- Junior applicants with 1-3 years are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate BIM information exchange and coordination between project teams.
- Assist in setting up the BIM project and protocols.
- Coordinate with BIM teams to complete models on time.
- Prepare technical coordination models for clash detection.
- Maintain BIM models compliant with standards.
- Troubleshoot BIM issues and guide on best practices.
