Assist the Manager in mall planning activities including layout coordination, tenant mix planning, zoning, and space utilization.

Prepare, maintain, and manage mall-related documentation such as leasing records, tenancy agreements, and correspondence.

Coordinate and attend meetings with property agents to discuss leasing matters and follow up on action items.

Participate in leasing meetings with prospective tenants, including preparation of proposals, layouts, and supporting documents.

Liaise with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure alignment of mall planning and leasing activities.

Update leasing status reports, tenancy schedules, and planning records for management review.

Support management in planning discussions, negotiations, and decision-making processes.

Lead and manage mall planning strategies and leasing initiatives in line with management direction.

Review planning layouts, unit allocations, and leasing proposals.

Prepare recommendations, reports, and presentations for management approval.

  • Able to work independently with high accountability and under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel and manage projects nationwide.
