We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Incentive Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves handling all aspects of incentive travel group operations, including proposal preparation, sourcing, coordination, and costing. Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin and possess strong design and communication skills to manage client needs and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Proposal TIF – Preparing detailed and attractive travel proposals
• Sourcing – Identifying and liaising with vendors/suppliers based on travel destination
• Sub-coordination – Assisting in managing the coordination of multiple travel projects
• Pre-costing – Preparing pre-costing and maintaining required profit margins
• Reservation of flight tickets and hotel accommodations using systems like Amadeus
• Tour leading for both overseas and domestic incentive trips
• Support the Sales Team in responding to enquiries and proposal support
• Source for competitive pricing from Airlines, Restaurants, Transportation, and Accommodation vendors
• Arrange and attend meetings with suppliers to explore better options

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin (ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is required)
• Education: At least SPM/O-Level, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel agency incentive group operations
• Proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft, Canva, etc.
• Must be able to reserve tickets using airline systems such as Amadeus
• Team player with youthful, adventurous personality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
