Job summary

A leading glove manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support to assist in daily operations and manage shipping activities. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidates should preferably hold a degree in Logistics or Business Administration and have basic knowledge of warehouse processes. This role suits both fresh graduates and those with 1–2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or 1–2 years of warehouse or shipping operations experience.
• Understanding of logistics coordination and export documentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing receiving and storage of materials.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with freight forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and FDA requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly warehouse reports.

Skills

Basic knowledge of warehouse and shipping processes

Familiar with ERP/WMS systems

Good organizational skills

Attention to detail

Time management skills

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
