Job summary
A recruitment agency seeks candidates for a role focused on partner acquisition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The selected sales agent will be responsible for pitching the SPX program to retail stores, managing the entire process from lead acquisition to partner onboarding. Ideal candidates should have their own transportation, strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and be able to work independently while meeting targets. This position welcomes fresh graduates as well.

Responsibilities
- Acquire retail stores to sign up as SPX Buyer Self Collection Point.
- Pitch SPX program to targeted stores within 250m radius.
- Handle lead acquisition, contract signing, and onboarding.
Skills
Education
- Partner acquisition – acquire retail stores to sign up as SPX Buyer Self Collection Point, offering parcel collection services to Shopee buyers.
- Every sales agent will be given a list of targeted locations and required to pitch SPX program to the target stores (or any eligible retail store within 250m radius from targeted locations; eligible stores = opening hours: minimum 5.5 days a week, open until 6PM).
- Handle the entire process from lead acquisition, contract signing, and delivery of Point of Sale Material (POSM), to onboarding and training of the new partners.
- Must have own transportation to facilitate work-related duties.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Good relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Able to pitch confidently & with a driven attitude to achieve sales target.
- Outgoing personality and good negotiation skill.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management.
