Job description

To manage the operation team to carry out daily inspections, liaise and supervise contractors, identify defects and implement improvement works.

To investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.

To be responsible for property defects work, pre-handover inspection, and other handover procedures such as a collection of the owner or vacant units defect list and etc.

Monitor defect rectification status for properties handed over to owners and performance of contractors and sub contractors.

Prepare daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports or other documented reports in accordance with relevant rules and regulations such as defect reports or related documents and etc.

Liaise with client, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities for matters pertaining to managed properties.

To undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager from time to time.

Attend Project Site Meeting. Prepare monthly progress report.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a Degree in Construction related.

Minimum of 3_4 Year(s) working experience in construction industry and experienced as a QA/QC Engineer

Possess knowledge in building, mechanical, and electrical works.

Possess good problem-solving & communication skills.

Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional work ethics, good at communication and coordination, and good teamwork awareness.

Assess the quality of contract works based on the QLASSIC/CONQUAS system.

Preferable experienced in high-rise building.
