A company in property development in Malaysia seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in finance, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, and possess relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and professional accounting accreditation. This role involves budgeting, financial analysis, and managing the finance department effectively.
1) Lead and manage the Finance Department’s operations
2) Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, tax planning and cash flow management.
3) Ensure the Company is in compliance with loan banker compliance, statutory requirements, tax regulations and internal controls.
4) Manage the overall sales planning, sales agents, bankers and lawyers.
5) Set up, coordinate and minute internal and external meetings with Director, Consultants, and Government Officials.
6) Assist the project manager in obtaining drawings and project licences endorsement, handover of external infrastructure and also Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) from relevant authorities
