We are seeking a Senior Material Controller to join our dynamic team at the Sepang project site.
- Coordinate material deliveries, ensuring all necessary documentation (packing lists, QA/QC reports) is complete.
- Inspect materials on‑site for compliance with project requirements and arrange client inspections.
- Maintain and update material inventory for indoor and outdoor storage; keep storage areas clean, organized, and secure.
- Handle client‑supplied (free‑issue) materials, including inspection, documentation, reporting, and photo records.
- Apply, track, and maintain Permits to Work (PTW) in accordance with safety and project procedures.
- Report delays, update project managers, and perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
- At least 5‑6 years of experience in material coordination or a related role on construction/project sites.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office for reporting, tracking, and documentation purposes.
