This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and overseeing project execution on a group-wide scale. The successful candidate will have over 25 years of experience in operations, engineering, or project delivery and must demonstrate expertise in procurement, IT, safety, and compliance governance. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with a master’s degree being advantageous.

Qualifications

• 25 years' experience in operations, engineering, or project delivery.
• Must have experience in procurement, IT, safety and compliance.
• Knowledge in BIM Modular & 6 Sigma Modular.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and operational optimisation across the Group.
• Oversee performance reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Set strategic direction for project execution.
