Reporting to the Director, Communication and HR, APAC, the HR Executive / Senior Executive, APAC, will drive topics across Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Internal Communication and others, through the leading and coordination of regional HR-People programs, initiatives, and best practices across the APAC region.

What you will be doing
  • Lead the deployment of the annual Employee Engagement Survey in APAC, guiding HR teams and leaders on the science behind employee engagement including engagement drivers and effective action planning
  • Contribute to leadership development in APAC by developing and coordinating components of Knauf’s leadership development programs, ensuring each program element is executed smoothly and participants is well supported in their learning and application transfer
  • Support regional-level training or learning programs, through the sourcing of training providers and administering of training events
  • As the core member of the APAC Communications network, oversee regional communications channels i.e. intranet, Viva Engage, and drive regional internal communications events and campaigns
  • Lead or support culture-building initiatives, including but not limited to employer brand / Employer Value Proposition activation, and inclusion programs and campaigns
  • Contribute to key presentations, special projects, and coordination activities within the broader APAC HR-People scope
What we would love for you to have
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
  • Experience working within a HR function (3 years), preferably in learning and development, employee engagement/ culture, internal communications or related People-HR programs
  • Communicates well with ability to craft engaging employee messages and communication
  • Learning agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
