Job Responsibilities

Supervise subcontractors’ works and ensure works are done in accordance to the standard of quality required by clients

Resolve quality matters, prepare monthly reports and attend site meetings

Maintain and control quality assurance system to ensure relevant documentation is captured

Submit inspection report, audit report, and quality on-compliance notice to client/project team

Liaise with authority/client/consultant to comply customers specification and requirement

Coordinate and engage third party for major rectification work to ensure the quality of construction is met

Perform inspection and site audit quality every month to site project

Perform any other project duties assigned by superior
