Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position:
Maintenance Technician
- Assist Engineers to perform Hookup/Upgrade/PM and Maintenance activities
- Ensure to achieve high PM success rate by management
- Work actively to follow up on equipment breakdown to prevent reoccurrence
- Able to work in the team by the same direction to achieve departmental KPI
- Perform in depth troubleshooting at production machine
- Support Engineer to perform the ad-hoc project assigned by management
- Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol in the work or production area
- Diploma in Engineering or Science field or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is preferable
- Experienced on Built Up, Plating, Lithography, SRSF, Assembly or Test are added advantage
- Knowledge of analysis data, measurement test and Microsoft office are added advantage
- Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills
- Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in rotating shift
