Join SEEK's engineering teams as a Senior Software Engineer, where you'll build scalable solutions, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence. You'll work autonomously within cross-functional squads, contributing to products that serve millions across the APAC region.

• Build, test, and deploy cloud-first software using modern engineering practices
• Mentor and guide other engineers while strengthening team capabilities
• Drive platform health through reliable, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams across SEEK
• Participate in on-call rotations and operational support
• Contribute to communities of practice and continuous learning initiatives

• Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
• Strong experience with AWS cloud applications and API development
• Expertise in CI/CD, testing practices, and secure coding
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and production support
• Background in Test-Driven Development and clean code practices
