From visuals to messaging, you’ll define our brand and lead the creative force behind it.

What You Will Do

i) Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Own BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms - from tone to typography

  • Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visuals and messages

  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns that connect with our users and drive growth

  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, product, and more

ii) Creative Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators

  • Set a high bar for creativity, execution, and delivery under tight timelines

  • Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy and quality standards

  • Foster a collaborative, high‑ownership culture within the creative team

iii) Execution & Optimization

  • Build and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability.

  • Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to execute across key campaigns

  • Use data to iterate, improve, and scale creative that performs

  • Stay on top of creative and industry trends to keep BJAK fresh and relevant

  • Experience leading creative teams and giving actionable, inspiring feedback

  • Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, e‑commerce, or high‑growth consumer brands
