About the role

The Manager, Business Process & Analytics leads key software development and enterprise application initiatives especially Microsoft Navision and Dynamics 365 Business Central while aligning systems with business goals, improving processes, managing stakeholders, and ensuring efficient use of resources to deliver strong operational value.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of software development and enterprise application projects—especially Microsoft Navision and Dynamics 365 Business Central—ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes.
  • Align application and project initiatives with company strategy by prioritizing development needs and managing system deployments for new acquisitions and overseas expansions.
  • Act as the bridge between business and IT by partnering closely with users, vendors, consultants, and global teams to drive process improvements and enhance business value.
  • Establish and implement operational policies, DevOps practices, and application governance frameworks that support business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee team performance, manage project and application risks, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and financial planning for development work, application rollouts, and enhancement requests to maximize ROI.
Job Requirements
  • Degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant IT or enterprise application fields.
  • Strong background in system study, design, implementation, and support of ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, SDLC methodologies, and business analysis practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision / Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.
  • Good commercial understanding of accounting and manufacturing, especially within commodity-based businesses.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams.
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills to manage business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
