Job summary
A leading recruiting firm is seeking an HR Generalist in Alor Gajah, Malaysia to oversee payroll processing and full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting audits. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in HR generalist roles, with exposure to payroll, recruitment, IR, and foreign worker management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with immigration and labor regulations.

- Liaise with government authorities and support union-related activities if applicable.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
- Assist in audits and statutory reporting.
- Manage documentation, permits, and renewals for foreign workers.
- Ensure compliance with immigration and labor regulations.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in HR generalist roles, with exposure to payroll, recruitment, IR, and foreign worker management (preferably in manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and foreign worker regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
