Qualifications

  • Possess SPM/STPM/certificate/Diploma.
  • Over 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inbound/outbound logistics activity.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to meet customer service requirements.
  • Improve internal effectiveness and performance of the Logistics team.
  • Implement process enhancements for the Logistics team.
  • Arrange expedited services as needed.
  • Track, measure, and improve forwarder performance.
  • Analyze transportation and carrier profiles for improvements.
  • Negotiate cost-effective solutions with forwarders.
  • Generate monthly billing according to company policy.
  • Conduct audits to identify payment discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures.
  • Contribute and implement ideas that improve performance.

Responsible for daily operations of logistics activities of the company and the efficiency improvement of logistics

THE TASK
  • Manage daily inbound/outbound logistics activity.
  • Coordinating and working cross-functionally to ensure met with customer service requirements.
  • Improve internal effectiveness and performance of Logistics team.
  • Analysis, recommend and implement process enhancements of Logistics team.
  • Responsible for arranging the expedited services when needed.
  • Track, measure and improve inbound/outbound forwarder performance, i.e., promptness, shipping quality, etc.
  • Analysis of transportation, freight payment and carrier profiles identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency, performances, and cost reduction.
  • Screening, negotiation, and suggestion to higher management for cost/service-effective alternative solutions/forwarders.
  • Ensure monthly billing is generated according to company policy and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct audits to identify payment discrepancies.
  • Ensure implementation, adherence and participation in Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures by applying to areas of responsibility.
  • Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
  • Other tasks assigned by the superior.
THE PERSON
  • PossessSPM/STPM/certificate/Diploma.
  • Above 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Certificates of Education.
  • Strong analyzing, planning and organizational skills.
