Position Overview

MASAERO MLC SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive and experienced Linen Executive Operation to oversee Linen and Laundry Services (LLS) at Hospital Sultanah Aminah in Johor Bahru. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, maintaining high service quality, and driving continual improvements in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve all monthly targeted objectives.

Conduct monthly performance assessments of all laundry plants.

Facilitate monthly vendor performance meetings (Laundry, Transport, Porter, etc.).

Perform monthly compliance audits for all laundry plants and transportation providers.

Conduct hospital visits as required.

Actively participate in the development of new Hospital Services Improvement Programs (HSIP).

Motivate, guide, and coach LLS staff.

Contribute effectively to the development of LLS.

Adhere to all government laws and regulations, including IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 55001, OHSAS 18001), Quality Assurance programs, and company policies.

Ensure all actions and decisions align with the company’s mission and core values.

Perform any other duties assigned by the company as needed.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, linen laundry, or a related field, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in any subject.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
