A leading technology management firm in Cyberjaya is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to manage commission processes effectively. This role requires a degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance, along with strong communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments, ensuring accurate commission payouts and process improvements in a collaborative environment.
We have a great opportunity with Quest for a Sales Compensation Analyst in our Deal Desk Programs. Our Sales Commission Team handles sensitive commission information for sales makers to ensure they are compensated accurately and timely.
This position will require close interaction with Sales Operations & Support, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources & Payroll, and other financial organizations within Quest.
