Overview

A global leader in MEMS technologies, delivering high-performance audio solutions for consumer electronics, hearing health, and industrial applications is looking for Strategic Sourcing Manager with vast experience in handling raw material commodity including capacitor and inductor.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing of materials and supplier management to support all business units across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze global economic trends and commodity pricing to inform procurement strategies.
• Perform comprehensive spend analysis, SWOT assessments, and supply-demand evaluations to guide decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and oversee long-term sourcing strategies that maximize business value and operational efficiency.
• Establish and manage supplier contracts, pricing roadmaps, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive optimal business outcomes.
• Evaluate and enhance supplier performance using scorecards and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Participate in vendor audits to ensure compliance with environmental policies and corporate social responsibility standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) on sourcing-related activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Material/ Electrical Engineering/ Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration or any other equivalent discipline.
• At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in industrial manufacturing
• Candidates with capacitor raw material sourcing experience will be an added advantage (film and/or ceramic capacitor)
• Strategic thinking and analytic skills, inclusive but not limited to total cost of ownership and detailed cost elements, etc.
• Willing to travel for business meetings and supplier audit
