Job description

Overview

The IT Manager will lead IT operations across 2 company entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Management, Security & Compliance (Main Focus)
  • Lead IT security, compliance, and governance initiatives.
  • Develop IT policies, governance frameworks, roadmaps, and long-term strategies.
  • Ensure compliance training, audit readiness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external vendors, auditors, and compliance bodies.
  • Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on IT risk and strategy.
• Internal Servicing
  • Provide IT support services for employees across both sites.
  • Oversee helpdesk management, troubleshooting, and internal IT training.
  • Manage and liaise with vendors for support.
• Infrastructure & Systems
  • Manage DNS, servers, and system administration.
  • Oversee applications including SAP HANA, Joget system, CRM, SCM, Infotech Payroll, SAP Accounting, E-Invoicing, and Purchasing Posting.
  • Ensure system uptime, scalability, and reliability.
  • Manage vendor relationships for system support.
