Job summary

A leading healthcare company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Graphic Designer responsible for developing internal designs, approving printed materials, and coordinating projects. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design with at least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a retail chain. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential. Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin and English to meet business communication needs. This role involves creative thinking and the ability to work under pressure.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible to Developing all Internal Graphic Designer (included Seasonal Packaging/ Packaging/Poster/ Leaflet /adaptation etc.)

Approve printed packaging materials through either on-site color checking or review of color samples.

Involve in the end-to-end design process for packaging materials for products, including brainstorming, sketching, proposing practical mock-up structures, creating prototypes that are cost-effective and CI branding for the product.

Coordinating with project leader, internal team and external agencies to accomplish the project given.

To complete projects by coordinating with vendors / agencies, art services, printers etc.

Ensure the designs aligned with the Company branding and marketing strategy.

Photo/video shooting, creating and editing for all sorts of marketing campaigns.

Review and analyses coverage generated and use evaluation results to provide insight for the on‑going development of the communications materials.

Ensure all communication materials can delivery on time and to budget. Preparing timelines and keeping records for budgetary control.

Job Qualifications

Job requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferable with experience in Retail Chain.

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator design software.

Possess good communication and presentation skills.

Required languages: Mandarin & English - Compulsory due to business communications, artwork designs and documentation needs.

Able to think out of the box, express creatively accustomed to high demands and changing requests.

Able to perform well under high pressure to deliver targets and complete ad‑hoc tasks requested by the superior.
