• Do “Whatever it takes” to meet or exceed our customers' expectations in compliance to OTD 95%.
• Coordinate flow and documentation of export procedures.
• Assist & Support in all shipping import/ export activities which deem necessary.
• Be aware of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 procedures and policies.
• Project improvement as required.
• Responsible & Oversee Outbound activities such as:
• Physical Shipment verification (shipment box labels/ shipping documents) and shipment release to forwarder
• Send booking confirmation to nominated forwarder for shipment under Ex-works & FCA/ FOB
• Monitor shipped shipments based on Fedex/ DHL pending list
• Resolve and reply to queries from Courier/ customer/ Forwarders.
• Co‑ordinate & Send shipping documents to forwarders/ courier express for custom declaration before cut‑off time.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales/ Planners for Customer Special Request (Palletization, Arrival Ship Notice, Oracle Transportation Management System Entry)
• Attend to audit request for retrieval of shipping documents
• Verifying Billing Invoice from forwarders
• Sourcing and Negotiation of Freight for shipment above 250 kgs
• Segregation and Sorting of Approved Custom Form for Filing
• Any other ad‑hoc request as directed by superior from time to time.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or its equivalents with at least 02 years of relevant work experience in shipping/ logistics in a MNC with high mix high volume manufacturing environment.. (functional skills)
• Must be PC literate in spreadsheet applications, knowledgeable & experience in warehousing or logistics management will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and reporting of information/data.
• Possess logical thinking and analytical thinking skills.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem‑solving
• Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp internally or externally.

• This role is onsite
• Willing to travel to custom offices to resolve issues.
