Responsibilities

• Responsible for discussing, establishing, and optimizing business processes related to procurement and supply chain modules.
• Collect system development requirements, design business solutions, coordinate testing, track system deployment, and handle abnormal data analysis for procurement and supply chain departments.
• Provide daily support for IT systems (e.g., SAP, SRM, Contract Management, OA, PLM) used by procurement and supply chain departments, including user training and documentation.
• Participate in company-wide IT projects related to procurement and supply chain, collaborating with IT Business Partners to define system solutions.
• Manage departmental systems, information security, and account process administration.
• Assist in business data analysis and generate monitoring reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in Computer Science.
• At least 2 years of work experience; familiarity with procurement processes and systems such as SAP and SRM.
• Strong cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and experience in independently managing large‑scale projects.
• Proficient in data analysis and summary reporting.
