Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Puchong is seeking an Automotive Technician / Mobile Battery Installer. You will perform on-site battery installations, diagnose and repair batteries, and provide customer service. Ideal candidates possess at least an SPM/Vocational Certificate, computer skills, and a B2 motorcycle license. Experience in automotive servicing is a plus. Qualifications

Automotive Technician / Mobile Battery Installer

Today, Carsuka Automotive is the leading online distributor of automotive brands in various categories including car batteries, car care products, engine lubricants, wipers and other automotive accessories and parts.

Responsibilities

• On-site battery installation at customer's location within coverage areas in the Klang Valley
• Diagnose, repair, and replace automotive battery and/or other parts for incoming customers
• Identify vehicle issues or for any malfunction
• Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders accurately and thoroughly
• Provide customer service support

Requirements

• Possess at least SPM / Vocational / Automotive Engineering Diploma or across any disciplines
• Basic computer skills i.e. Microsoft Words / Excel and Point-of-Sales (PoS)
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia
• Must hold a valid B2 motorcycle license and own a motorcycle
• Self-driven and willing to learn
• Experience in automotive servicing would be an added advantage
