The ideal candidate will ensure optimal operation and maintenance of critical facility systems, including HVAC and clean utilities, in compliance with safety and GMP standards. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex system issues, and managing vendor performance. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and experience in similar roles are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of clean utilities including Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), and Pure Steam Generators (PSG).
• Strong understanding of GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Operate and maintain high-purity clean utilities.
• Supervise sub-contractors and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain detailed records for operational and safety audits.
