- Perform in-depth research and feasibility studies for new land/projects, considering revenue and cost breakdowns, with a focus on affordable township projects.
- Create presentation materials and conduct market research for specific areas of interest.
- Participate in preliminary project planning, including concept and design.
- Coordinate with government agencies or liaison departments for newly acquired land/projects.
