Responsibilities
  1. Analyse property market trends and consumer behaviour.
  2. Study competitor's new property developments, make comparisons, and provide recommendations for product development.
  3. Conduct research and due diligence for potential real estate opportunities, including site investigations and data assessment.
  4. Perform in-depth research and feasibility studies for new land/projects, considering revenue and cost breakdowns, with a focus on affordable township projects.
  5. Create presentation materials and conduct market research for specific areas of interest.
  6. Participate in preliminary project planning, including concept and design.
  7. Coordinate with government agencies or liaison departments for newly acquired land/projects.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Possession of a degree in real estate management, building, quantity surveying, or marketing
  • A minimum of 8 of relevant experience in the property development/ property management sector
