Job summary
A financial services company in Shah Alam is looking for an experienced Account Executive/Finance Executive. The role involves preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate documentation. Candidates must have at least a diploma in finance and 1 year of related experience. Proficiency in SAP B1 is a plus. Salary is up to RM5000.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
- Strong computing skills and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements, general ledger, and accounts.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
- Manage cash flow and monitor bank balance.

Position: Account Executive/ Finance Executive
Salary Up To RM5000
Job Descriptions:
- Undertake any and all duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
- Prepare monthly and periodic financial statements, general ledger and accounts including P&L, balance sheet and other financial reports.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation function. In case of discrepancy, investigate and make necessary adjustments
- Liaise closely with Operations team on cash collection related issues and problems, to minimize cash shortages and losses
- Ensure all documents are recorded and files timely and adequately.
- Cash flow management, monitoring bank balance, petty cash claims, and bank reconciliation.
- Managing banking facilities.
- Good interaction skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong computing skills and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and the ability to work logically, consistently and accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and discipline to meet deadlines.
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): SAP B1 added advantage
