The Procurement Executive is a member of the Corporate Procurement team and will be responsible for supporting Corporate Procurement operations in the areas of Contract Management. In future, the role may evolve to also support central hosting of procurement tender events for Group and OpCos.

Make an Impact by:

Procurement Operations Support

• Contract records creation and maintenance in Ivalua/Ariba and SAP systems.
• Provide guidance and train suppliers in Ariba onboarding and registration.
• Generate Procurement reports from SAP BW and relevant Procurement systems.
• In future, to potentially expand role to handle administration of Tender/Request for Proposal (RFP) events using the procurement platform.

Procurement Process Documentation and Enhancement

• Assist to maintain and operate SOP documentation for Tender and Contract Administration support services.
• Identify gaps and operational issues within Tender and Contract Administration support process and support the implementation of fixes, process enhancements or workarounds to address these gaps or issues.
• Support the maintenance of training materials and provide advisory to relevant internal stakeholders and users on the process steps.
• Assist conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in Procurement system implementation projects or Change Requests (CR) enhancements.

Procurement Helpdesk Support

• Support general queries from Procurement and business user community with effective guidance on Procurement policy, guidelines, processes and systems.
• Accurately direct queries to relevant support functions ensuring business users are provided with effective resolutions.
• Support the maintenance of Procurement AI chatbot content and Procurement SharePoint site information on Procurement policy, guidelines and processes.

Skills for Success:

• Internationally accredited diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, supply chain, related.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Familiarity with contract management principles and sourcing processes, systems like Ariba, Ivalua, SAP.
• Comfortable in using systems and technology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into clear business language and vice versa.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a customer-centric mindset and process-oriented thinking.
