  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for the business.

Overview

We are representing our well-known MNC client, a global technology and outsourcing company, in search of a dynamic candidate to fill the position of Regional Finance Manager, based in Puchong, Selangor.



  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

  • Work location: Puchong, Selangor

  • Annual Leaves, Medical Leaves, Birthday Leave, Wedding Anniversary Leave

Job Description


  • Leads Group finance team

  • Overseeing and reviewing work done by the subsidiary finance team

  • Preparation of Group consolidation quarterly and related schedules for listed parent company & disclosure purpose.

  • Reporting & producing reports for management and parent company

  • Make sure the regulatory deadlines are met in the group level

  • Developing long-term business plans based on these reports

  • Budgeting and forecasting for the business

  • Managing software maintenance renewal team

  • Liaising with external auditors, tax agents and company secretary

  • Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement

  • Mentoring other team members

  • Owner of the ERP system used by the Finance team

  • Cashflow Management of the group companies


Job Requirements


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Master\u2019s Degree in Accountancy or Finance.

  • Having ACCA, CPA, or CA qualifications will be an added advantage.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.

  • Commercial and business acumen

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal

  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data

  • Ability to stick to time constraints
